V.B. Nemtinov (b. 1940) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1964 and Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1968. Ph.D. (Eng.), ass. professor of “Laser and Optical-and-Electronic Systems” department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of over 300 publications in the field of the theory of optical-and-laser-and electronic devices and systems (above all, problems of general and mathematical simulation) and of the laser diffraction optics and holography.
