The article focuses on the analysis of digital model of analog linear dynamical system based on assessment of influence of data quantization in devices for digital signal processing and its correlation with Kotelnikov --- Shannon theorem. The analysis is oriented on conside-ring of the influence of slight factors, such as superposition of high frequencies, maintenance of acceptable phase shift of the control signals and required frequency transfer coefficients of the system and its elements. Frequency coefficient of relative methodical error of the discrete system was used as the criteria of estimating the model`s adequacy. Additionally, this coefficient indicates reliability and accuracy of modeling process in total. Theoretical basis of general approach was illustrated via method of parameters` choice and analysis of adequacy of the digital model of the canal for altitude control for tactical cruise missile
