The paper presents the experimental volt-ampere characteristics of silicon-based semiconductor coordinate-sensitive detectors of ionizing radiation with large area of sensitive region of 24×24×1.5 mm and 8 current-reading electrodes, and also approximating mathematical models of these characteristics
