Based on the Markovian chains techniques, a system of the clock synchronization is studied using an algorithm of selecting the correlation moments maximum. A graph of system states and transitions is obtained. A procedure of determination of the transition probability matrix is developed which takes into account the phase noise effect. The following statistic characteristics of the system are investigated: mean time of dropping in synchronism, mean error of synchronization etc.
