Spectral Analysis in Haar Function Basis

The methods for constructing the continuous and digital Haar functions and theirproperties in calculus systems with an arbitrary radix as well as the original methods for calculating the Haar spectrum of analytical functions, signals and the methods for synthesizing the fast algorithms of the spectrum analysis for different ways of organization of input-signal samples are considered. Theoretical results are illustrated by the particular results.
