Several models of randomly uneven sea surface - locally mirror-like reflecting surface for parts without foam (as a set of either flat planes or surfaces of the second order) and locally Lambert surface for foam parts are considered. For each model in the general scheme of bistatic radar location, a formula is derived of power of a laser signal being received by radar from a random part of the uneven sea surface. Calculation results are given which show a spread of values of the power being received from different parts of the randomly uneven sea surface.
