Power being Registered by Receiver in Strongly Dissipative Medium during Illumination by Laser Beam of Uneven Locally Diffused Surface

The power being registered by a receiver in the strongly dissipative medium along the trace with reflection is studied. An analytical expression is derived for the average received power during the illumination by a laser beam of the randomly uneven surface with the diffusive local indicatrix of scattering for elementary reflecting surface parts. It is shown that the power value being registered in the dissipative medium along the trace with reflection may exceed the power value being registered in absence of the dissipative medium.
