Fizeau effect is considered for cases with progressive and circular motion of optical medium from the viewpoint of moving medium electrodynamics. New design of laser interferometer with the Fizeau effect is proposed. Calculation of the errors influencing on sensitivity of the interferometer of new design, is given.
