Algorithm of Resources Management based on Comparison of Multi-criterion Alternatives and Prediction of Development of Conflicts

The modification of the analytic hierarchy process for construction of a procedure of ranking targets of a local air-based system is considered for the problem of resources management of the local air-to-air defense system under the conflict condition. Based on the prediction of the conflict situation development the a priori management is corrected taking into account additional factors. The efficiency of the obtained optimal management is analyzed as applied to the simulation of the real-time interaction of the systems.
