Technique of Estimating the Distortion of Modern Infrared Systems

The technique of estimating the components of distortion of modern infrared systems with the input lens optical system by using the special bench laboratory equipment is described. The efficiency of the proposed technique is illustrated using images obtained under both laboratory and flight conditions.
