Practical Aspects of Describing Dispersion Properties of Gradient-Index Optical Elements in Zemax Program

Aspects of practical using of Sellmeier's formula and Lagrange interpolating polynomial are considered for simulation of dispersion characteristics of gradient-index optical medium with axial distribution of refractive index with the help of the Zemax computer program for computer-aided design of optical systems.
