Results of the full-scale experiment onboard the spacecraft Mozhaets-4 regarding the estimation of action of space factors on the workability of chips of the static random access memory are given. Based on the experimental results, empirical relations are obtained as an appropriate model for estimation and prediction of immunity of the onboard computing systems of spacecrafts.
