The Main Provisions of Scientific-Methodical Apparatus for Creating the List of Critical Military Radar Technologies

The methodology of forming the list of critical military radar technologies as well as main aspects of selection and formation of ranking this list taking into account their influence on performance characteristics of advanced radar armament are considered. Here the generalized aggregate of main trends for improving battle capabilities of radar weapons (self-descriptiveness, noise-immunity, vitality, degreeof automation, etc.) is conventionally understood under tactical characteristics (criteria). Parameters characterizing the functioning of basic elements (units) of radar armament samples described by the structural functional-technological scheme of the common interspecfic radar station are conventionally understood under technical characteristics (criteria).
