Analog-Digital and Digital-to-Analog Converters in Systems of Active Control of Acoustic Fields

The applicability of various type converters in systems of active control of acoustic fields is analyzed. Implementation peculiarities and parameters of parallel and delta-sigma converters are considered. Features of both type converters and their influence on the qualitative characteristics of systems of active elimination of the acoustic noise are analyzed. It is shown that despite the fairly low technical characteristics the parallel converters have some advantages in operation being included in real systems of active elimination of the acoustic noise.
