Robust Synthesis of Tracking Band Filter

A tracking structure of the band filter is synthesized on the basis of theory of Markovian stochastic processes for the problem of reception of a radio pulse with the unknown frequency against the background of the white Gaussian noise. A new robust criterion of non-parametric detection is used in the synthesis. Such a structure differs from the known ones in the fact that, besides the traditional control by an averaged component offrequency deviations, it has the robust control by the instantaneous derivative of the filter state, the automatic change of the capture band.
