Theoretical Aspects of Optimization of Thermal Condition of 3D Electronic Modules by Means of Genetic Algorithm

A problem to optimize the design of electronic modules of 3D configuration in compliance with the thermal criterion is considered. As a tool for optimization the genetic algorithm is applied and its individual components are discussed. Data on design of electronic modules of 3D configuration are given.
