V.O. Moskalenko (b. 1945) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1969. Ph. D. (Eng.), vice-rector on educational work, assoc. professor of "Dynamics and Flight Control of Rockets and Spacecrafts" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 120 publications in the field of aerogasdynamics and motion control of flying vehicles, improvement of educational process and quality of training of specialists with higher technical education.
