Problems are discussed of automation of the initial data preparation for the stabilization system development in design of construction dynamics taking into account the adaptation of space-purpose rockets for launch of various spacecrafts. The program-mathematic complex is described which allows the effective solution of these problems. A typical scheme of calculation and analysis of dynamic characteristics of space-purpose rockets using the given complex is presented. Possibilities of the complex application for the analysis of the closed system "object-regulator" and the post-flight analysis of telemetry data are considered.
