A problem of diffraction of the laser radiation by the uneven surface in the turbulent atmosphere is considered. For the case, when the local indicatrix of reflection for the surface has the Lambert and mirror components and the surface heights and slopes are distributed by the normal law, an analytical form of the medium power registered by the receiver is derived.
