An analytical model of a laser signal to be received by a locator in a general scheme of bi-static location while continuous illumination of the disturbed sea surface under the earth atmospheric conditions. The analytical model is compared with results of numerical calculations for different location schemes. It is shown that the obtained analytical model of the laser signal well agres with numerical results.
