The influence of Earth atmosphere turbulence on the average power of received laser radiation en route with echo "Earth-Angle Reflector Onboard Satellite-Earth" has been estimated. It is shown that the factor, taking into account the influence of the atmosphere turbulence on the received power, is much less than a unit under the strong turbulence and narrow laser beams of brightening when the half angle of divergence is 1-4 angular seconds.
