Capture Time in Second Order Synchronization System

An improved approximation of the capture time is presented for the second order pulse synchronization system with a phase detector based on a jk-trigger. This logarithmic approximation is destined for the practical use. On the basis of the generalization of previously obtained results a conclusion is made on the capture process development for systems of a given class.
