Problems, connected with creating the Russian small sized personal navigational complex at the laboratory for inertial geodesic systems in the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, are considered. The personal navigational complex integrates indications of both inertial (accelerometers and gyros) and non-inertial (satellite receiver of GPS/GLONASS signals, magnetometers, barometers, altimeters) measuring sensors and provides a user with the continuous navigational data stream (coordinates of position, velocity and direction of motion) during all time of operation in any environment - in open air, in a forest, in mountains, in urban areas with high buildings and also in closed room (in houses, mines, etc.).
